What are you Seeking?
Yesterday, I got the incredible opportunity to preach at Destiny Family Center, a Kingdom driven church in Stuarts Draft, VA led by one of the most Godly, life-giving men I've ever met, Chuck Balsamo.
God led me to speak on a MAJOR revelation He's given me over the last six months: Seek to fix your eyes on Jesus, for what your eyes are fixed on you'll seek after.
Check it out:
Fundraising report: Ya'll God is good! Through the obedience of committing to a life of full-time missions, He's blessed it with continuous financial backing. I'm trusting Him to provide and am grateful for all financial contributions! That said, I'm learning that going on a mission trip is very different from being a missionary. It requires a different level of commitment, both from me and those who sow into the Kingdom through me. I am praying for partners that will invest on a month-to-month basis. Kingdom cannot be built by one - it takes all of us to be the church - and I'm in if you are! To learn more, read up on where I'm headed in September.
If you're interested in learning more, shoot me a note - let me take you out to coffee and paint God's vision for bringing Kingdom through my life.
A shoutout to the Balsamo's and their crew:
Chuck doesn't just believe the gospel. He doesn't even just preach the gospel. He lives the gospel with every fiber of his being and every hair on his beard. He and his beautiful, fiery wife, Emily opened their home to me for the last week, providing a seamless transition between The World Race and home in Colorado. Thanks be to God for you both and the rest of your family and friends. Ya'll inspired me to be the community I want to see at home. No request too outlandish, no drive too far, no heart too full - there is always a place at the table for anyone who wants to pull up a chair. God's shaped my heart in a BIG way this week. Thanks for loving me well. I am beyond grateful this is just the beginning.
