15 years,
I've been clearing the way
for Love in my Life.
Let's be vulnerable. Here, I'll go first.
I've had my fair share of stuff blocking me from receiving. I lived life believing I was fine because I thought I should be and trauma was reserved for the 'big' things other people experienced.
Now that sentence makes my skin crawl.
The thing is, I never thought anything was bad enough to take action. Maybe you know that feeling too?

"Sure, I am overwhelmed with sadness and fear. Who isn't?" I told myself. "Yeah, I have a collection of broken relationships, an inky thought life and feel disconnected from my body. Who doesn't?" I reasoned.
Then, in 2010, I found myself debilitated and reaching out for help. I was consumed with a ravenous eating disorder, had loads of trauma and couldn't maintain any sort of loving relationship — including with myself. In pain and confusion, I navigated what felt like a maze of thorns in the dark of night. ​
Years later, I found my way back Home by clearing the way for the first time.

And you know what I discovered?
​
Love is the essence of vitality. She is presence. She is in all things and through all things including Nature, Spirit and the spaces between.
​
And when I received, guess what it felt like.
​​
Vitality. Clarity. A quiet mind and open heart. Safe. Passion and compassion. Deep wells of connection and peace. ​
​
High on freedom, I was surprised when someone told me, "You haven't seen anything yet."
​
"How much better could it get?" I questioned.​
​
That's when it hit:
Our journey is never over because there is always more Love to receive.
We can clear as much as we want — not just big things but the "little things" too — which means, we can have as much Love as we want! Yo, come on! That's GOOD NEWS.
To this day, I am on my journey of clearing and receiving as Love continues to transform my life.

receive Love too.
